Make the rules clear
Agree the game format, the score and the time available before you begin. Everyone should be able to pause or leave a game comfortably.
Keep learning separate
Rules Game is an educational site. Its exercises do not use money, bets, payouts, timers or rankings, and they are not designed to predict results.
Take a break
If playing stops feeling enjoyable, step away and talk to someone you trust. Local support services may be available where you live.
